Par Chadha is an entrepreneur, investor, and corporate leader with more than four decades of experience building scalable, technology-enabled businesses across global markets. He currently serves as Chairman of HGM Limited, and is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer of HandsOn Global Management LLC (HGMfund.com). He also serves as Chairman of XBP Global Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: XBP), Exela Technologies, Inc., and HGM Regional Headquarters in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Since founding HGM in 2001, Mr. Chadha has led the deployment of significant capital into high-growth business platforms in healthcare, banking, and the public sector. His leadership has been instrumental in driving strategic acquisitions, operational turnarounds, and cross- border integrations that transformed underperforming assets into market-leading enterprises.

Mr. Rajadhyaksha co-founded Codec Pvt. Ltd. in 1989, an HGM acquisition, and is now a publicly traded company. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Mr. Rajadhyaksha has served as COO or Global President of companies deployed in the US and India. Mr. Rajadhyaksha’s achievements include launching international operations for Bay Area Credit Service and its 1000 plus seat call center and creating and deploying strategic and operational direction for Meret Optical Communications.
Mr. Rajadhyaksha holds a B.S. degree in telecommunications and electronics from the University of Pune, India, and an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Mr. Vikram Negi has over 22 years of invaluable experience in successfully managing large transactions, cross border teams, operational and financial processes. He possesses a strong background in M&A, Finance, Treasury and Operations and a broad range of interpersonal and advisory skills.
Mr. Negi holds an MBA degree in Finance and Information Technology from the Kogod School of Business at American University and a B.S. Degree in Commerce and Accountancy from St. Xavier’s College.
Mr. Harjit Singh Anand has over 40 years of experience of having worked in senior management positions in Indian Railways, IRCON International Ltd. (a public sector company) and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). He joined Indian Railways Service of Electrical Engineers in 1977 and was a key member of the team that set up Rail Coach Factory at Kapurthala having capacity to manufacture more than 1000 coaches annually. He had worked in IRCON from 1994 to 2006 and undertook numerous turnkey electrical construction contracts for Railway Traction, power supply works, EHT substations (upto 400kV), Electrical works for Refineries etc. in India and overseas (Turkey, UK, Ireland, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Syria).
He joined DMRC in May’06 as Director (Rolling Stock) upto Dec’17 and was on the Board of DMRC for over ten years. Under his leadership, procurement and commissioning of over 2200 modern metro cars against International Competitive Bidding at a total cost of over 2.9 billion USD was achieved. He is presently working as President in CAF India Private ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of CAF Spain. Mr. Anand holds a B. S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, India.
Mr. Ajay Puri is BE-Electrical Engineering and has completed several Management programs including at Tata, UTC, Harvard, Wharton- Insead, ASB-Sloan-MIT.

He has served MetTube Sdn Bhd, Mitsubishi ,Toyotomi, Condyne liscensee, United technologies-Carrier, Usha Breco and Voltas (Tata company) at senior positions. Hands on experience in co-creating Global first innovations, strategic marketing, products, systems, projects, brand positioning, new architecture transforming start-ups and MNCs to global leaderships.
