Par Chadha is an entrepreneur, investor, and corporate leader with more than four decades of experience building scalable, technology-enabled businesses across global markets. He currently serves as Chairman of HGM Limited, and is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer of HandsOn Global Management LLC (HGMfund.com). He also serves as Chairman of XBP Global Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: XBP), Exela Technologies, Inc., and HGM Regional Headquarters in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Since founding HGM in 2001, Mr. Chadha has led the deployment of significant capital into high-growth business platforms in healthcare, banking, and the public sector. His leadership has been instrumental in driving strategic acquisitions, operational turnarounds, and cross- border integrations that transformed underperforming assets into market-leading enterprises.

Mr. Chadha’s work emphasizes AI-driven process automation, digital transformation, and data-enabled decision-making, enabling companies to achieve operational excellence, scale efficiently, and deliver measurable value.

He is widely recognized for his ability to navigate complex global transactions, leverage emerging technologies for growth, and apply disciplined capital deployment strategies that focus on sustainable shareholder returns.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Mr. Chadha is committed to advancing cross-border collaboration and technology-enabled solutions that address critical challenges in healthcare, banking, and government services. His global perspective and deep experience across diverse regulatory and cultural environments continue to shape XBP Global Holdings’ long-term growth strategy.

Mr. Chadha actively supports community and global initiatives through contributions to the Shanti Foundation, UCLA, the Orthopaedic Institute for Children and wildlife conservation.

Mr. Rajadhyaksha co-founded Codec Pvt. Ltd. in 1989, an HGM acquisition, and is now a publicly traded company. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Mr. Rajadhyaksha has served as COO or Global President of companies deployed in the US and India. Mr. Rajadhyaksha’s achievements include launching international operations for Bay Area Credit Service and its 1000 plus seat call center and creating and deploying strategic and operational direction for Meret Optical Communications.

Mr. Rajadhyaksha holds a B.S. degree in telecommunications and electronics from the University of Pune, India, and an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Mr. Nilesh Bafna is Chief Financial Officer of the Company and holds overall responsibility of Finance and Accounts. He had joined in April 2006 as Manager Finance. He has overall 20 plus years of hands on experience in Finance, Accounting, Consolidation, Taxation & Planning and Designing & Implementation of Internal Control System, Formulating Budgets and Financing Planning. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also hold Diploma in Information & System Audit from the Institute, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.

Mr. Bhuvanesh Sharma is VP-Corporate Affairs & Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company and holds overall responsibility for legal, compliance, governance, corporate and secretarial and investor relations matters. He had joined in 2005 as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sharma had worked as Company Secretary in the Indian subsidiary of a NASDAQ listed company Selectica. He is possessed with qualifications of Company Secretary, Master of Financial Administration, Insolvency Professional, Dip. IFRS, B.Sc. Mathematics having 25 years of hands-on experience in Corporate Governance, Secretarial & Legal affairs, Compliance Management, Ethics Conduct and Corporate affairs.

Dr. Bhargav Thakkar is the Executive Vice President of Healthcare Services at HGM Limited. A qualified physician (MBBS) with over 22 years of experience, Dr. Thakkar has built a distinguished career in developing and transforming healthcare products and processes. With deep expertise in clinical documentation and certifications as both CPC and CPC-H, he is known for designing innovative workflow solutions that address critical clinical, administrative, and financial challenges. His strategic leadership has helped healthcare organizations significantly enhance their care delivery and financial performance. Dr. Thakkar has been instrumental in conceptualizing and scaling several impactful healthcare solutions, including virtual scribe services (autonomous charting), clinical data abstraction and management, rule-based prescription refill validation, and order management systems. He has also led large-scale operations in revenue cycle management, multispecialty medical coding, risk adjustment, and physician-level clinical reviews. Through a blend of clinical knowledge and process innovation, Dr. Thakkar continues to drive measurable outcomes for provider organizations across the healthcare spectrum.
