Par Chadha is an entrepreneur, investor, and corporate leader with more than four decades of experience building scalable, technology-enabled business platforms across multiple industries and geographies. He currently serves as Chairman of XBP Global Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: XBP), Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer of HandsOn Global Management LLC (HGMFUND.com), Chairman of HGM Limited (HGMLimited.com), Chairman of Exela Technologies, Inc., and Chairman of HGM Regional Headquarters (RHQ) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Since founding HandsOn Global Management (HGM) in 2001, Mr. Chadha has deployed significant capital into high-growth, high-margin business platforms in the healthcare, banking, and public sector markets. He has led numerous strategic acquisitions, operational turnarounds, and technology integrations—many involving complex cross-border transactions—transforming underperforming assets into market-leading enterprises.

His work is defined by a strong focus on AI-driven process automation, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making, enabling portfolio companies to achieve operational excellence, improve scalability, and deliver measurable results.

Mr. Rajadhyaksha co-founded Codec Pvt. Ltd. in 1989, an HGM acquisition, and is now a publicly traded company. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Mr. Rajadhyaksha has served as COO or Global President of companies deployed in the US and India. Mr. Rajadhyaksha’s achievements include launching international operations for Bay Area Credit Service and its 1000 plus seat call center and creating and deploying strategic and operational direction for Meret Optical Communications.

Mr. Rajadhyaksha holds a B.S. degree in telecommunications and electronics from the University of Pune, India, and an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Dr. Bhargav Thakkar is the Executive Vice President of Healthcare Services at HGM Limited. A qualified physician (MBBS) with over 22 years of experience, Dr. Thakkar has built a distinguished career in developing and transforming healthcare products and processes. With deep expertise in clinical documentation and certifications as both CPC and CPC-H, he is known for designing innovative workflow solutions that address critical clinical, administrative, and financial challenges. His strategic leadership has helped healthcare organizations significantly enhance their care delivery and financial performance. Dr. Thakkar has been instrumental in conceptualizing and scaling several impactful healthcare solutions, including virtual scribe services (autonomous charting), clinical data abstraction and management, rule-based prescription refill validation, and order management systems. He has also led large-scale operations in revenue cycle management, multispecialty medical coding, risk adjustment, and physician-level clinical reviews. Through a blend of clinical knowledge and process innovation, Dr. Thakkar continues to drive measurable outcomes for provider organizations across the healthcare spectrum.
